I want to use Intel Optane memory H10 SSD, do I need to do BIOS settings and install any driver or utility?

Intel Optane memory H10 doesn’t need BIOS and driver setup. It works as normal M.2 device. To use Optane H10, simply install Windows on it or use as data drive with the same procedure as M.2 device.
