My PC pop up message "Operation System not found..." then keep restart or cannot boot up to Windows, how can I do ?

Please follow the instruction to solve it.
1. Please remove or eject any bootable devices, such as CD/DVD or USB flash, HDD then restart PC again.
2. Boot up to BIOS Configuration, then load setting to default.
After that, save setting and exit BIOS.
3. If above steps cannot work, please contact service center or local distirbutor for the system rebuild service.
