I got "Update fw fail, error code: 0x4" error message when updating monitor firmware using "FW Update Utility". Is there any setting I can set to get the firmware update process to work?

Please place the "FW Update Utility" and monitor firmware file on the Windows desktop and follow the settings according to Firmware SOP as below:
(1). Use NVIDIA graphic card RTX 30xx or latest or AMD graphic card RX 50xx or latest and use DisplayPort connection for firmware update.
(2). Connect DP - DP cable between monitor and desktop system that with NVIDIA or AMD graphics card. Don't use any adapter. Example: HDMI to DP / USB C to DP.
(3). Please install the latest driver for NVIDIA or AMD graphics card.
